The Sheraton Dallas Hotel is proud to host the 38th Annual Crimes Against Children Conference.
400 Olive St. Dallas, TX 75201
Only registered attendees will receive access to the conference room block links.
-
Attendees who register for the conference will receive access to the negotiated hotel room block links. These links will be included in the registration confirmation email. Each link is intended for one attendee to make a single reservation under the name used during registration.
-
The links should not be shared or used to reserve rooms for others who have not yet registered.
You must currently be registered and paid to attend the conference to reserve a room in one of the conference room blocks.
Reserving multiple reservations under one name is not permitted.
The name on your hotel reservation must match the name under which you are registered to attend the conference.
Use of links to conference room blocks are subject to the terms of use listed here as well as outlined in the terms and conditions.
Unauthorized reservations, or reservations made that disregard the terms of use, may be removed.
Attendees who will be billing to another credit card should contact the hotel and request a credit card authorization form.
-
Room blocks, especially at the host hotel, sell out quickly. If the Sheraton is full, please check availability at our overflow hotels.
The Marriott City Center is connected to the Sheraton via sky bridge.
The Hyatt Regency is not within walking distance, but shuttle service between the Sheraton and Hyatt begins Monday morning and runs throughout the conference.
The DART light rail (Union Station) near the Hyatt provides a 10-minute ride to the Sheraton area (St. Paul Station).
We encourage you to periodically revisit the Sheraton link—or any other sold-out hotel links in your confirmation email—as rooms may reopen due to cancellations until links close in July.
-
If you receive a “no rooms available” message, it is often due to dates selected. The contracted room block runs August 2 – 6. Arrivals before August 2 or departures after August 6 require contacting the hotel directly to request additional nights. Conference rates for extra nights cannot be guaranteed.
-
Be sure to review each hotel's cancellation policy. Most hotels will charge one night’s room and tax if you do not cancel at least 30 days before arrival.

parking
If you are commuting to the conference from a local destination, we recommend taking the DART train to the downtown Pearl Street Station, just half a block from the Sheraton Dallas, the host hotel. Using DART can help you avoid parking hassles and save money.
If you plan to drive, there are multiple parking options in and around the Sheraton, ranging in price. With over 5,000 attendees and roughly 1,200 local drivers coming and going daily, allow extra time for both arrival and departure. Carpooling with colleagues is encouraged to reduce congestion.
The Sheraton offers a discounted rate for self-parking in the hotel garage or valet parking. The garage entrance is located off Olive Street, across from the hotel’s main entrance.
