continuing education

continuing education fees are included in your registration fee.

Certificates will be accessible through your Conference app or eventScribe account immediately post-conference. The final conference certificate will list all sessions and credit hours received from successfully completed session evaluations. Please see important details below to ensure you receive your final conference certificate reflecting your participation at the conference and correct number of credit hours.

how to receive credit

  • At the end of each 75-minute session, the presenter will display a QR code. You must scan this code using the CACC mobile app—this is the only opportunity to do so.

Scanning the QR code is required to unlock the session evaluation. Once scanned, you will be able to access and complete the evaluation for that session.

  • Evaluations will be completed on the conference app or the conference website by logging in using the email address used to register for the conference along with your unique conference registration confirmation number.

You must be logged into your account on the conference app or website. Accounts cannot be shared.

Substitutions: Attendees who are attending in place of another should never sign in as the other person. Make sure YOUR NAME is in the system correctly.

Failure to use your own login credentials will result in another person’s name on “your” certificate.

  • You must complete a session evaluation for each 75-minute block of instruction attended for the course and course hours to be added to the total hours displayed on your final conference certificate.

Two-part presentations will require two evaluations: one evaluation for Part 1 and another evaluation for Part 2.

  • You must also complete the overall post-event feedback survey after all session evaluations have been completed before you can print your final conference certificate.

  • Only ONE certificate per registration can be obtained after completion of session surveys and will contain the name of the attendee who was registered. No certificates will be given to attendees who did not register.

  • Your access to the evaluations and certificates closes on September 15. After this time, you will no longer have access to complete evaluations or print your certificate. Conference staff will not have access to assist you after this date. No exceptions.

All continuing education credit is self-reported. The conference does NOT submit continuing education credits on behalf of any attendee.

  • Training credit may be awarded at your state’s licensing agency’s discretion.
