  • The first floor of the conference center provides an expansive exhibition space. Five large conference classrooms are located on this level with a combined seating capacity for approximately 1,500. Attendees must pass through the exhibition area to reach the classrooms from the the elevator or escalator located on the opposite end of the space from the classrooms. Refreshment breaks will be set up in this space throughout the conference. Lunch options will be available in, or around, this location.

    The second floor of the conference center is the highest traffic area of the conference, the heart of the conference. Conference registration is located in this area as well as nine conference classrooms. Combined classroom seating capacity in this area is approximately 2,500. Refreshment breaks will be set up in this space throughout the conference.

  • Exhibitor workshops offer companies or organizations an opportunity to promote and demonstrate their products and/or services to conference attendees in a classroom setting. Exhibitor workshops will be scheduled in 75-minute timeslots. The number of available sessions is limited. These time slots will be filled on a first come-first served basis. Placement on exhibitor workshop schedule requires complete exhibitor registration, including payment in full.

    The following is provided with the purchase of exhibitor workshop sessions:

    • A classroom with a projector and screen for your use during the workshop.

    • Your exhibitor workshop description, along with date, time, and location, will be listed on the conference website, as well as on the conference app, and each day during the conference on the information screens that are located throughout the conference.

    • To encourage attendance at exhibitor workshops, the conference will award several door prizes to randomly selected attendees. These selections will be drawn from evaluations completed for the exhibitor workshops.

    On-Demand Exhibitor Workshop

    In addition to our live exhibitor presentation option, you now have the option to record your session and have it included in our 50+ session on-demand library. The on demand sessions have quickly become a favorite method for conference attendees to engage with valuable content. Available for registered conference participants, on-demand sessions can be viewed anytime between August 2 and September 13, 2026. Recorded on-demand exhibitor workshop sessions are a separate upgrade.

  • Should you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, you may do so at any time. Canceling your exhibitor registration before midnight May 31st will result in a refund, less a cancellation fee of $250 or 3% of the total order, whichever is greater. After May 31st, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation policy applies to exhibit space and all upgrades.

Unfortunately, it has been our experience that some exhibitors may receive calls and/or emails from companies claiming to be an agent of, or associated with, the CAC conference.

The conference has NO RELATIONSHIP with any company:

  • To provide lodging services

  • To sell our attendee list

We will provide you links and contact information for any company with which we have a contract. We do not sell or distribute our attendee list.
