Refunds & Cancellations

DCAC will be waiving our cancellation fee of $50 for refunds processed before July 7, 2020.

If you paid with a credit card, you will be refunded $579, as the credit card processing fee has already been incurred. Refunds processed back to a credit card will be charged an additional $21 processing fee. Alternatively, we can process refunds via check. Please email accountspayable@dcac.org to request a refund via check. Please include your name, organization, date registered and confirmation number when requesting the refund. We will process all requests as soon as practical but no later than 60 days from the request.

You may substitute another qualified attendee in your place without any additional fee at any time. Please contact the conference team for assistance with substitutions.

Should you need to cancel your registration for the conference, you may do so with your confirmation number (on your confirmation email) by re-entering the online registration process. Don't forget to cancel your hotel and travel reservations as well to avoid penalties from these sources.

Invoices

Upon completion of registration, each attendee is emailed (to the email address provided during registration) confirmation of registration and an invoice (if there is a balance due). Invoices will not be mailed, so please submit the emailed invoice to the appropriate department for payment.
