Refunds & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so at anytime. Canceling your registration before midnight (CST) on July 6th will guarantee you a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. The cancellation fee is expected to be paid whether or not you have paid your registration fee.

As of midnight (CST) on July 6th, if you are registered for the conference, we incur expenses on your behalf, and full payment is expected. You are required to pay IN FULL if you are registered as of midnight (CST) on July 6th, whether or not you attend. If you are registered as of midnight (CST) on July 6th and have not paid, you will be billed for your full conference payment. If you have paid your registration as of July 7th and do not attend, NO REFUND will be given.

You may substitute another qualified attendee in your place without any additional fee at any time. Please contact the conference team for assistance with substitutions.

Should you need to cancel your registration for the conference, you may do so with your confirmation number (on your confirmation email) by re-entering the online registration process. Don't forget to cancel your hotel and travel reservations as well to avoid penalties from these sources.

Upon completion of registration, each attendee is emailed (to the email address provided during registration) confirmation of registration and an invoice (if there is a balance due). Invoices will not be mailed, so please submit the emailed invoice to the appropriate department for payment.

Large Group Cancellation

Large groups are held to a higher standard than individual attendees. If you are with, or organizing a large group of more than 50 agency representatives, no cancellations without significant penalty (payment in full) are allowed after July 6th; however, substitutions are allowed at any time. Additionally, if the conference team has secured a hotel room block for your group, and any significant number in your group cancels after July 6th, the conference will be held financially responsible for your hotel rooms and will seek financial remedy from your agency. Please note that if the conference has planned our speaker schedule with your group's commitment of speakers, significant damage to the conference and DCAC will occur with any changes after July 7th, with all available remedies explored.
