Exhibitor Upgrades

Standard Exhibit Booths Include:
  • 10 x 10 space with 6' skirted table, 2 chairs and a trash can. 
  • Time to set up Sunday afternoon/evening. 
  • Exhibit Hall officially opens Monday at 7:00 am. 
  • Refreshment breaks in both exhibit areas. 
  • Listing in conference mobile app.
  • Listing with web link on Conference website. 
  • Two Exhibit Hall Only passes; Additional Exhibit Hall Only passes may be purchased for $250 each (up to three additional badges). Upgrade up to 2 Exhibitor Hall Passes to gain entry to workshop sessions for $495 each (Regularly $550); Over and above initial two upgrades, will be charged full conference registration fee of $550. MAXIMUM OF 5 BOOTH PERSONNEL PER BOOTH.
  • Exhibit areas are advertised in slide rotation on large plasma screens located on main conference floor throughout the event. 
  • Electricity and Internet service are not included. You must order these directly from the hotel. Order forms can be found here.

  • Virtual Conference Bag Inserts - $1000 
    You may have one piece of promotional material added to the virtual conference bag located in the conference app. Examples of inserts include: discount coupon, company brochure, business card, magnet, pen, etc. Click here for more information on bag inserts and where to send them.
  • Name Badge Insert (Exclusive - Only One Available) - $1500  
    You may request name badge insert with special messaging or discount coupon to attract attendees to your booth. Exhibitor will provide insert subject to name tag specifications. This insert is behind the name badge.
  • Refreshment Breaks (Partial Support) - $1500 
    For any refreshment breaks that are not otherwise supported, you may partially support breaks. Your company logo will be displayed on signage next to refreshment break.
  • Exhibitor Workshops - $600 per 75 minute session - 
    There are limited opportunities for an exhibitor to conduct a demonstration/workshop in a classroom. Please click here for more information on this promotion.
  • Email Blast to Attendees - $750 per blast 
    Have a promotional email about your company sent to our conference attendees (before or after the conference, or both.) Send a pre-conference email to advertise your participation at the conference and invite attendees to stop by your booth for incentives. Send a post-conference email to remind attendees about your product, services or promotions. Fee is per blast. 
  • Door Prize (Fee is in addition to door prize valued at $250 or more) - $500 
    Provide a door prize (value must be $250 or more) to be given away at the Wednesday evening social event. Your company will be recognized as the provider of this door prize at the event. It could be one of your products!
