If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so at anytime. Canceling your registration before August 1st will guarantee you a refund with the exception of a $75.00 service fee. As of August 1st, if you are registered for the conference, we incur expenses on your behalf, and full payment is expected. You are required to pay IN FULL if you are registered on August 1, whether or not you attend. If you are registered on August 1 and have not paid, you will be billed for your full conference payment. If you have paid your registration as of August 1 and do not attend, NO REFUND will be given.
You may substitute another qualified attendee in your place without any additional fee at any time. Please contact us at conference@dcac.org for assistance with substitutions.
Should you need to cancel your registration for the conference, you may do so with your confirmation number (on your confirmation email) by re-entering the online registration process. Don't forget to cancel your hotel and travel reservations as well to avoid penalties from these sources.
