Registration fees must be paid in full before the conference begins. If you have not paid, you will be asked for payment in full upon check-in. Purchase orders can be provided as a promise to pay in order to gain entry to the conference.
Additionally, any registrant who has NOT paid or submitted a purchase order for our records by the early registration deadline will be charged the FULL registration fee of $500 upon the deadline. Please submit payment or purchase order upon on-line registration.
