$500 - General Registration: completed July 16th or later

$300 - Two-Day Registration (Tuesday AND Wednesday)

$150 - One-Day Registration (Tuesday OR Wednesday)

Payment in full is required prior to the conference unless a purchase order is on file. A monthly billing fee will be assessed if purchase orders are not fulfilled within 30 days following the conference.
