Crimes Against Children Conference
Who Should Attend

The goal of the Crimes Against Children Conference is to provide practical instruction, using current information, the newest ideas and most successful intervention strategies, to those professionals responsible for combating the many and varied forms of crimes against children.


The conference is conducted for the sole purpose of providing training to only those people
employed by governmental agencies or nonprofit agencies in the fields of law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, social work, children’s advocacy, therapy, and medicine who work directly with child victims of crime.

The management of the conference reserves
the right to refuse admission to any individual who does not meet this criteria.

The conference hosts large groups of professionals from across the United States.  Some of the largest groups represented include:

  • ICAC Investigators

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Continuing education credit will be applied for on behalf of the following groups:

National Board of Certified Counselors

Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners

State Bar of Texas

Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners

Association for Play Therapy

Accreditation fees are included in your registration fee.

TCLEOSE CREDIT
TCLEOSE credit will be awarded to Texas peace officers. Officers must provide their TCLEOSE issued personal identification number and sign in each day to receive credit.
