Note:  We have eliminated paper registration this year in order to streamline the registration process and reduce errors.  You may now control your registration via the Internet, including modifications once registered.  You may still pay by Check or Purchase Order.  Simply register and, at the payment screen, select Check or Purchase Order.  Enter a temporary check number if you do not have one at the time of registration.  You will receive an automatic email confirmation which you may use for internal processing of payments.  Promptly submit a check and a copy of your email confirmation to ensure proper credit.

Groups must register together under a primary Attendee, with others registered as Additional Attendees in order to receive the relevant discounts.  Group discounts are applied for each group paying Regular Registration fees.

NOTE:  CPS, ICAC and Military personnel may not be bundled with Regular Registrants to push a group over a threshhold for an additional discount, as these professionals already receive the lowest possible discount.

ICAC Members, CPS Professionals and Active Duty Military receive the lowest possible discount whether or not registering in groups.

Payment in full is required prior to the conference unless a purchase order is on file. A monthly billing fee will be assessed if purchase orders are not fulfilled within 30 days following the conference.
