National Child Protection Training CenterThe National Child Protection Training Center (NCPTC) is a partnership between the National Association to Prevent Sexual Abuse of Children (NAPSAC) and Winona State University (WSU). In addition, NCPTC provides technical assistance to undergraduate and graduate programs seeking to improve the education provided to future child protection professionals. In partnership with CornerHouse, NCPTC also assists in the development and maintenance of forensic interview training programs utilizing the RATAC® forensic interviewing protocol. NCPTC is located on the WSU campus inside a state-of-the-art training facility which includes five moot court rooms, four forensic interview rooms, and a “mock house” in which to conduct simulated investigations.
